Blocek 1.4 (Announce)

Hi! After long time I uploaded a new version of Blocek. It was almost two months ago but I had a lot of work in real life so I finished it now.
The main site is http://laaca.sweb.cz

What is new:
1.4
* detect DOS code page for using with unicode
(so "keyboard_mapping" variable in BLOCEK.CFG is now deprecated)
* some VESA BIOSes or drivers are buggy so VESA3 functions can be disabled now
+ block operations - you have not only one clipboard but NINE clipboards!
+ System information window

The block operations work in slightly different way than in f.e. windows so I recomend you to read the help first (in Blocek press ALT-F1 to display help file).

I also uploaded the new version of VenomGFX library (now in version 8.4)
What is new:
8.4
+ All filled graphics primitives and also procedure Bar, LineHorz and
LineVert can be painted not only with solid color
but also with texture (four possible variants implemented)
For more informations look at procedure SetLineMode

+ Besides texture based filling is possible also XOR painting mode mode
* removed unclipped Bar procedures. Now are always clipped.
+ Page switching is now fully available in banked modes too
* Improved code of most banked procedures

I updated the online .LSM and mirrored this to iBiblio (though as .7z files). Feel free to correct me for any errors.

Blocek 1.4 . minimal test

> Hi! After long time I uploaded a new version of Blocek

COOL :-)

> Here is binary (default download) or download the same version
> in legacy 8.3 format

Why not just "blocek14.rar" or "blocek14.zip" ?

> Grab sources here or here (8.3 format)

"wokna32.rar" - why that name rather than "bl14ka17.rar" ?

Test:

+ it runs

- it whines about swap (hadn't we already discussed this? remove whining and fix memory leaks and check hogged memory before using ... I know than mainstream "professional" software also suffers from such BUG's ...) and the info is wrong (!!!) ... while separate "System Info" gives correct results

+ it loads text

+ it survived 2 S&R tests (but very small files only, not my 15 MiB test file :-) )

- "fullscreen" crashes

- GIF loading sometimes crashes

- clipboard crashes too (how to select text correctly ???)

- broken screen in some cases

Blocek 1.4 - minimal test + minimal RTFS

No new version but more BUG's found:

- source package contains multiple bugged CWSDPMI files (misnamed HDPMI, CWSDPMI from 1997, ...)

- other junk files: JINCLUDE.PAS = JINCLUDX.PAS , empty files, BAK files, ...

- "mystr(d.vendor_version_major)+'.'+mystr(d.vendor_version_major" should be "minor" or even better destroy this "Procedure TestVirtualniPameti" alltogether ... it just duplicates "Procedure Informace_o_systemu" not having this major-vs-minor bug

- junk rectangles on invalid UTF-8 char's

- TFM: Unicode has 17 planes per 64 Ki char's ... while Blocek seems to support only one ... "UTF82word" suggests this fact ... (fortunately the > 0 planes are even more empty and useless than the plane ZERO)
