Lacewing (Announce)

Hello everyone!

I would like to announce a new version of Lacewing (https://sourceforge.net/projects/lacewing/). For those who are unaware - this is a DOS arcade-style video game with an awesome gameplay, originally developed by Linley Henzell and Captain Pork. The game has been extended by brand new levels, enemies and bosses. A Windows port is also now available.

Please download and redistribute. And please post a link on your websites, if you can.

Your feedback is appreciated!

I only vaguely remember playing it once or twice, years ago. Does it still use Allegro? I found a link to the older version here.

"It's sort of a cross between Spacewar and Centipede, if that makes any sense."

Yes, it is based on Allegro version 4. The DOS version is compiled with DJGPP.
