	There's an encoding issue in Issue 2: "Tetris" (hm, the forum doesn't seem to like the original Cyrillic - previews, but won't submit). It seems you have curly quotes in UTF-8 converted as characters to CP1251 converted back to UTF-8.

btw^: the second method at the link is an international card transfer, it is entered in hryvnia, but 100 hryvnia is about 2.5 dollars :-D
