This is nonsense (no offense
), because FD Himem is known to be buggy in the present, which is slightly worse than having had bugs in the past.
Generally, a history of fixed bugs usually is seen as positive and quite normal. You should be more concerned and suspicious if there is NO such history available, because it might be an indication that the software isn't used at all or is premature.
