AdvanceComp 1.15 -- rebuilt with newer compiler (Users)

This is only "stable" (eh?) AdvanceComp 1.15, but here it is anyways:

N.B. I didn't UPX these, for whatever reason, nor benchmark them myself. I already know from experience that it will run faster than ye olde 2005 compiles. Other than that, who knows.
