I already answered this question. Since you seem to need things to be very explicitly spelled out to you as well...

I could not be more honest or serious when I say that I feel Jack is racist, has some serious mental problems/instability and is in need of therapy and medication. Judging by some of your other posts, such as the excerpt below, I'd say you probably do too, though I've not seen you act racist...yet.
