I never managed anything non trivial with p2c wrt TP/FPC/Delphi code.
That is a bit unfair judgement of course, since it was originally probably meant for bootstrapping early pascal compilers and/or helping with conversion of old mini and mainframe code.
Most of the TUIs will use TP's object oriented extensions anyway, and P2C to my best knowledge can't handle them.
