The name "Sep. 15" is when it was last updated in SVN (I think), not the actual compilation date (because this is Eric Auer's compile). It's still referred to as "Sep. 15th version", though, IIRC.

I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but if you're worried someone might accidentally run this on old PCs, just include a CPUID check.
