2007-01-24:

rtl: when the sign of _timezone was changed, the calculations for local time broke
rtl: spawn(), exec() without a 'p' would still search the path for executables
rtl: fix errno and _dos_errno with regards to windows compatibility DLLs
infopad: make edit windows larger by default
infopad: CTRL-V behavior: erase a previous marked block when pasting
imake: fix spawning, rename the internal SearchPath function to not collide with windows
nasm: fix files so they will build
