DUGL 1.15 + DUGL Plus 0.3 (Announce)

I wanted to announce here before updating my ugly website :-P

Mainly DUGL 1.15 Add transparency functions ..
DUGL PLus 0.3 Add GUI support for 16bpp graphics + many bug fixes + two new GUI objects + sound blaster pro sound driver
I added two samples "sound" a very simple demo of the DUGL sound API
and "trans16" a very simple demo of the new transparency function
I also opened the ugly sources of the tool EdCHR the editor of the DUGL font format.
