Intel integrated graphics under DOS (Users)

Yes, AFAIK only intel graphics currently meets full VBE 3.0 specs (working refresh rate control). I tested integrated i945G and it worked fine too. But as you said no drivers for win9x. Nvidia cards can be used accelerated under win9x up to GeForce 7950/256M with latest unofficial drivers but refresh rate control is supported only on GF4 and older...

What ICH is on your board? ICH9/10? Did you tried USB 2.0 and drives how it works under win9x?
