Intel integrated graphics under DOS (Users)

I have ICH7.
USB 2.0 seems to work under Win98 but some of my flashdisks don't work more although with VIA KT133 worked all of them.
Another problem are incompatibility problems with SBLive! cards (seems like IRQ conflict between SBLive! and USB controller) and not working SB Legacy emulation with SB 128PCI.
