Probably I'm the only one who converted anything from Linux/ALSA to DOS. The question can be: why ... (the answer can be: I'm the God or I'm a crazy :-D )
btw. my primary problem is rather that, the Watcom compiler cannot compile C99 code, first I always must to rewrite the C99 code to ANSI, and this already can cause a couple of bugs in the code... :-|
(I've built a new ffcodec library to Mpxplay yesterday (to update flac and wma decoders), "of course" it doesn't want to work... :-( )
