silently updated French DOS keyboard driver (beta) (Announce)

The *beta* download has been silently updated, i.e. without file name or URL change :

<http://www.rootshell.be/~ninho/KBFRBETA.ZIP> 11,003 bytes.

Documentation enhanced, few changes in the program itself, still shaved off a few bytes off.

Please download this new version for reference. I do not expect to have much to change for the final release.
