Updated again - French DOS keyboard driver (beta) (Announce)

Cleanup : removed unused device driver stuff. Memory requirement dropped down to 464 bytes ( when loaded high as KBFR /F ).

This is likely to turn into the "official" version 1 release.
Please report any problems.
