I think you missed the link: "Public Servers: California (USA)". Here's some stuff to look at that I found through searching a bit:

EDIT: I'm running in DOSBox 0.72, and I had to (easily) reconfigure the default keys (as you will too, probably). But it looks very impressive (despite mediocre reviews: sheesh some people are impossible to please!!).
