Nice (the photo is, too!)...

Now I didn't have a look at the JEMMEX code, we can suspect it has the same error setting the 'unreal' mode. The best in my opinion, would be for Japheth - who owns or at least maintains that nice stuff if I understand clearly - to review and patch the whole lot himself.
