Officially, I mean, they don't have one (yet). They used to (six months ago?) have a compiled (beta) version on their FTP site, but I don't think it's there anymore. And that one was compiled by zlib + libzip, so it didn't need you to unpack the Win32 .ZIP sfx. I tried it, it worked. Dunno what their plans for it are.
