.OGG is more "free", but otherwise isn't nearly as popular.

The only bloat is that which doesn't work or isn't used or useful.

I assume you refer to FAT+? I meant generic FAT16/FAT32 are inherently somewhat limited. Not a deal breaker, just a known issue.
