JWasm v1.8 is almost mature.

major changes:

- Masm v5.1 compatibility option -Zm
- support for listings
- COFF output format
- lots of bugfixes

With COFF support implemented in JWasm, I was able to switch the assembler used for HX. Now virtually all modules are assembled with JWasm. Masm must die!
