Well as I have said before I think you put too much ownership on your good self and not enough on end users of your software. I did however respect this more when it comes to data/disk related software. However as you have pointed out yourself the past recent versions of UIDE had known bugs etc.
So you've done your bit. I guess time will tell if you are right or wrong.

Well I hope Bret will read this discussion. I have no issue with the guy and I hope that he has no issues with me trying to find the middle ground either.

Ok, I concede that you right. DOS usage might go up but not many developers.

Ok this is appears clear. I am now drawing a line under these discussions from my side to help allow us all to get back to writing software rather than talking about writing software. Thanks for the constructive discussion.
