Please reveal how much memory you have and what compression settings (+ possible faulty memory managers). I'm not aware of this problem. But I'm using usually Win32 7-ZIP via HX, my tests of p7-ZIP DGJPP ports were limited.

It works for me :-) If it was impossible to use 7-zip in pure DOS then your 7-ZIP'ped "DOS" packages would be invalid :clap:
