Speed differences negligible (Miscellaneous)

With SATA drives that have large caches + decent caching logic, a stupid DOS with a bad algorithm to read data would seem okay, since the drive would've read ahead, and also retained data that would be re-read. So many of those 166 calls above would merely be fetching cached data, which wouldn't be too slow.
