"everyone" doesn't speak with one voice. I assume
there are people out there who won't touch code
unless it has a particular virus license on it.

I can only speak for myself that I won't touch it
unless it has a public domain notice on it, with
no caveats.

PDOS/386 is a new OS so needs new software. I am
interested in public domain C90 code that could
make PDOS/386 a better product. Obviously others
are free to port virus-licensed products to
PDOS/386 independently of me.

My focus at the moment is a particular bit of public
domain software - SubC.
