 I NEVER said anything even remotely similar to this (and hate to be misquoted).

you might be referring to the fact that the TC kernel.sys UPXes better then the OWC kernel.sys (the TC code is still larger), where I guessed that this is probably because the TC code generator is more stupid - and as a side effect better compressable.
