NOT true (except the special case you want to mix ASM with some weird stuff like 16-bit DOS COBOL, 16-bit DOS PASCAL, 16-bit DOS C, 16-bit DOS C+++, 16-bit DOS FORTRAN, Quack-BAYSIC, ... etc) ;-)
