New DJGPP Mplayer build from SVN (Announce)

I read your codec data sheet from https://www.idt.com/sites/default/files/documents/IDT_92HD81B_DST_20110919.pdf, and unfortunately it doesn't comply to the standard. It uses vendor specific "verbs" for setting the volume, selecting the connections etc., whilst lacking support for the entire "verb" set which any vendor should implement. I detest such lack of compliance, and personally I will not add support for this kind of deviations, at least certainly not for now.
