Final Mplayer DJGPP build for this "season" (Announce)

Because of lack of time, this will be my final DJGPP build of mplayer for this "season".
What's new:
* upgraded the FFmpeg libraries to those from v 0.10.
* some more or less important fixes in HDA support for WSS. Please keep in mind that I have no time for wasting, and if it doesn't work for you, this means that your codec has particularities which makes it unable to work with a "generic" HDA support. If you really want support for your tricky codecs, add it yourselves, nobody is born learned, but you may learn the things for which you have a real interest, as I have always done.
* now support for external Windows codecs is complete and reliable. I tested with drvc.dll and ivvideo.dll and everything works as expected. Put the Windows dlls in the "codecs" subdir or pass the "codecpath" variable.
* now vo vesa defaults to NOT saving the video state. Use "savestate" if you want the video state to be saved and restored.
* now vesa:nodga will correctly use banked video instead of LFB, if you have reasons for this.
You may download the source code from here, and the binaries from here.
