You may download the source code from here, and the binaries from here.
In case you have installed the external Windows codecs package, available from http://www.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/releases/codecs/, you may experience some crashes with certain WMV DMO encoded files. It is a known mplayer bug. In order to avoid such crashes, use mplayer with "-vfm ffmpeg" (or "vfm=ffmpeg") when running those files.
