WINE under Fedora 14 (x86-64) does seem to run 16-bit apps (NE). But the solitary (very simple, MinGW-64) Win64 app I tried didn't even pretend to start ("unsupported"). Anyways, I'm heavily inexperienced with Win16, so I honestly don't have anything decent to test with it. But Befunge Builder and Castle of the Winds both seem to mostly work.
