Because it executes 32-bit DOS executables,
rather than 16-bit DOS executables.

Regardless, I also produce a PDOS/86 that
executes some 16-bit DOS executables. My
hope is for it to also progress to the point
where it can run HX unchanged, to provide
yet another Win32 environment.

My project is public domain. I don't know why
they don't simply pick up my code and do
whatever they want with it. They can slap any
alternative license on it they want. It's
unrestricted public domain.
