Well, it depends what you mean by "DOS
compatible". INT 21H exists. The INT 21H
looks very much like MSDOS and very much
like DOS32A, but not identical.

It's obviously designed to be called in PM32,
hence the "32-bit" in the title.

I'm not sure if it is a misunderstanding or
a semantic debate.

Ok. I have my own kernel32.dll and msvcrt.dll,
but I would like to support all the other
HX DLLs.

What are those other HX DLLs dependent on?

I can flesh out my own kernel32.dll as required.
