And how, may I know, do you intend to find out what this "American company" will want? Perhaps you might want to actually ask some actual companies (or individuals), or at least take heed of what these companies say?

The way to help others is to first ask others what they want --- rather than continually telling people how generous you are.

I think your project has good potential, and I think it is a pity that it is simply not going in the right direction. It is as if you are trying to reach the South Pole by frantically travelling north.
