I don't mind providing those, converting a
32-bit request for a 16-bit service back into
a 32-bit service.

It's a non-starter then. I'm not going to allow
anyone to manipulate segment registers.

Win32 executables don't do that. If Pharlap
think they are smarter than Microsoft, that's
their choice, and we can go our separate ways.
