YAOIS - Yet Another Irrelevant Operating System (Announce)

Here's what someone wrote in an email to me
in 2014. Note that I started in 1994, long
before this person emailed me, but I had
always hypothesized that people like him
existed.

Dear Paul Edwards,

I just found PDOS and read your manifesto. Right on!

My problems are that a) I don't trust any OS for cybersecurity reasons,
and need to read the code, and also b) I want to do some new things with
it and not have to give them away.

But as you astutely point out, if more such components were free of
restrictions, commercial code will be better and cheaper, precisely what
I hope to do.

It's too early to commit (10 minutes in) to contributing enhancements. I
might work up to it. But I could kick in a few bucks. If I can find an
address I'll just mail in a check for my donation.

Man, I really appreciate you're having this idea and getting this far
with it! It's saving my butt.
