RDRVSX32: FAT32 RAM drive for HimemSX (Announce)

I tested and got a few errors.

My test does not need a large drive, 2 GB is ok. So I can compare the results with rdisk.com.

For testing purposes, it would be great to have a rdrv32.exe version, that's a FAT32 driver restricted to standard XMS block move calls. So one can be sure that the new XMS API is NOT the source of problems.

I tried to create that version myself, but apparently the rdrvsx32.nsm source requires a "special" version of nasm - the versions that I used were not happy with it.
