RDRVSX32: FAT32 RAM drive for HimemSX (Announce)

HimemX won't access beyond 4GiB, so ergo it's in the first 4GiB.

The drive is created...

at the size requested (~1.4GiB; the size is how much XMS to request, not how big the drive itself should be, unlike my other RAM drives).

Hm, I thought FreeDOS chkdsk would tell me that FAT32 isn't supported, but now it's saying it can't read the FAT(s). Try my Trace utility. (Or take it as given, since that's all it creates.)
