about to fix the "final" doslfn bug (Announce)

That's still about 4.9 seconds longer than it should be. I tried all those trace names in a 382MiB RAM drive with DOSLFN and that was instant (under VirtualBox). This is the batch file I used (DOSLFN is the -c variant; TRACE is 2.03).
