RDRVSX32: FAT32 RAM drive for HimemSX (Announce)

to compare this in a fair way, you should have equal clustersize for both.
however a factor of 4 sounds like a bug (somewhere else).

when you want > 4GB you need FAT32. which was the requirement in the first place.
