Thanks! The trashed sub-dir is gone now.

Btw, comparing FAT32 (rdrvsx32.exe) and FAT16 (modified shsurdrv that also uses super-extended memory) disk access times reveals that the FAT32 ramdisk is significantly slower. Copying a directory of about 6000 files ( virtually all are LFNs, total size is about 500 MB ) to the ramdisk needs about half a minute for FAT16, but 2 min & 15 seconds for FAT32. So the FAT32 option is probably only useful in rare cases.
