RDRVSX32: FAT32 RAM drive for HimemSX (Announce)

I've been testing in FreeDOS and that works fine with a 16M drive. Turns out that's what caused the chkdsk issue, since it only looks at the cluster count, so the drive needs to be over 256M to be detected as FAT32. This sounds like the same thing.
