RDRVSX32: FAT32 RAM drive for HimemSX (Announce)

there is another difference: the ramdisk is formatted when loaded, and the formatter (integrated into RDFVSX32) is different from the external FORMAT.EXE.

if this integrated formatter is slightly off from what doslfn expects problems would also occur.

this should be easy to check by using FORMAT.EXE to re-format the ramdisk, and see if problems vanish.
