RDRVSX32: FAT32 RAM drive for HimemSX (Announce)

Incorrect cluster count when extending the directory, so the cluster wasn't being zeroed.

I wanted to check it really worked first; since it has I've made a new release.

That might be a free space issue, try with the new doslfnms.com.
